Order Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment is only for orders above 1299 and subject to verification.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns will be accepted only in case of damaged products.
• Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or size issues.
• Unpacking video is mandatory for damaged product claims.
